1.2 Eligibility

  • Minors (under 18) may participate in events only under the supervision of a parent or guardian who is registered on the platform.

1.3 Account Usage

  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account details.
  • Sharing your account with others or impersonating another individual is strictly prohibited.

1.4 Prohibited Activities

  • Using the platform for illegal, abusive, or harmful purposes.
  • Engaging in behaviour that compromises the safety or comfort of other users.
  • Violating any applicable local, national, or international laws.

2.1 Event Selection

  • Users are responsible for selecting events, companions, and package options that align with their preferences.
  • Once confirmed, bookings cannot be modified or transferred.

2.2 Companion Matching

  • The platform facilitates connections based on preferences provided by users.
  • Movie Sathi is not liable for the behaviour or actions of companions during or after events.

2.3 Ticket Booking

  • Package purchases made through Movie Sathi are final and non-refundable unless due to a payment failure.
  • Users are not allowed to pre-purchased tickets to match with companions.
  1. Payment Terms

3.1 Service Charges

  • All payments made on the platform include service fees and applicable taxes, which are non-refundable.
3.2 Payment Methods

  • The platform accepts multiple secure payment methods, including credit/debit cards, UPI, and digital wallets.
  1. Refund Policy

4.1 No Refunds

  • All bookings and payments are final. Refunds will not be provided under any circumstances except for:
    • Payment failures where the transaction amount is deducted but not reflected in your account.

4.2 Payment Failure Refunds

  • If a payment failure occurs, users must report the issue within 7 days of the transaction by contacting [insert support email/contact details].
  • Refunds for payment failures will be processed within 10 business days after verification.

4.3 No Show or Cancellation

  • No refunds or credits will be provided for user cancellations, no-shows, or event modifications.

  • Any inappropriate or unsafe behaviour must be reported immediately via the platform's "Report" feature.

5.2 Platform Liability

  • Movie Sathi is not liable for any disputes, damages, or incidents arising from interactions between users.
  • We recommend meeting companions in public places and taking necessary precautions to ensure your safety.

  • Personal information collected during registration and bookings will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • Movie Sathi will not share user data with third parties without consent unless required by law.

  • Movie Sathi reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via the platform or email. Continued use of the platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
