  • Can I view the website features without logging in or registering?
    No, the website’s features are accessible only after registration. Once you register, pay the fee, and complete verification, you gain exclusive access.
  • What happens after I become a registered user?
    Once registered, you can log in to the website to:
    • View available packages.
    • See partner profiles.
    • Access movie tickets, snacks, and partner options included in your selected package.
  • Are registration fees and package cost the same?
    No, they are different:
    • Registration Fee: A one-time, lifetime charge to verify your profile and give access to the platform.
    • Package Cost: Paid when planning a movie outing, covering tickets, snacks, and your Movie Sathi.
  • Can I cancel the registration or package fees if I change my mind?
    No, cancellations are not allowed:
    • Registration Fee: Covers the verification process and cannot be refunded.
    • Package Fee: Once booked, cancellations are not allowed as tickets and arrangements have already been made.
  • What if my partner doesn’t show up for the movie?
    If your partner cannot attend due to a medical or personal emergency:
    • You can still enjoy the movie.
    • Their profile will be banned from our platform.
  • What if I can’t attend the movie?
    If you are unable to attend:
    • Refunds are not possible since the arrangements are pre-paid.
    • Your partner can still attend and enjoy the show.
  • What if something goes wrong during the show?
    We verify all profiles, but behaviour during the movie is beyond our control.
    • Both parties are expected to behave respectfully.
    • Any misconduct should be reported to the local authorities or police. Movie Sathi is not responsible for personal actions or disputes.
  • What if my partner has a different package?
    • You can only see and send proposals to partners with the same package as yours.
    • If your partner’s package is different, you need to upgrade your package to match theirs.
    • Both parties must have the same package to enjoy the movie together.
  • Can we get the same date as our proposed movie date?
    Yes, if both you and your partner are available on the same date (e.g., 21st), your movie tickets will be booked for that day. However, to ensure smooth arrangements:
    • Proposals and acceptances must be completed at least one day in advance (by 20th).
    • This allows us to secure your tickets and ensures both parties have enough time to prepare.
    • Same-day bookings are difficult due to ticket availability and scheduling, and they may cause delays in reaching the venue. Book early for a hassle-free experience!
  • Can I buy a movie package for my partner?
    Yes, soon you will be able to buy a movie package for your partner. After they accept your proposal, you will exchange numbers and can book tickets together as per your understanding and discussion.
